Withdrawal and refunds
This policy summarizes operational rules on withdrawal, cancellations and refunds connected to wallet, tests and certificate issuance fees.
Wallet and payments
Any wallet top-ups or payments are handled by enabled providers. Users should keep receipts, transaction IDs and email confirmations.
Digital services already delivered
When a digital service has already been performed or consumed, such as test access, validation or certificate issuance/download, a refund may not be available unless there is a documented technical error or a different applicable legal obligation.
Certificate issuance fee
If the certificate has been issued and made available, the issuance fee covers an activity already completed. Exceptional requests will be assessed case by case.
Technical errors
In case of duplicate payment, unrecognized charge, failed generation due to technical error or missing credit, submit a request with account, course, date and receipt details.
Review timing
The platform reviews requests based on case complexity and information received. Approved refunds are processed, where possible, through the same channel or another traceable channel.
