CERTIFICATO IWZ – FZCO is an independent certification body accredited by the Emirates International Accreditation Center (EIAC, CB-105) for the certification of quality management systems according to ISO 9001, within the scope of its granted accreditation. Our audits provide a rigorous, evidence-based assessment of how effectively your quality management system supports your strategy and operations.
Certification decisions are taken independently and are based solely on objective audit evidence and compliance with our rules and applicable accreditation requirements.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely used standard for quality management systems (QMS). It defines how an organization plans, operates, monitors and improves its processes in order to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.
An ISO 9001 certified quality management system provides a structured framework for aligning strategy and operations, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that decisions are based on factual data and on the explicit needs of interested parties.
When your organization achieves ISO 9001 certification with CERTIFICATO IWZ – FZCO, it demonstrates that an independent, accredited certification body has assessed your QMS and confirmed its conformity to the standard within a clearly defined scope.
ISO 9001 certification is not only a formal recognition. It is a strategic lever that can support growth, efficiency and resilience across your organization.
Demonstrate a verified, systematic approach to understanding customer needs, managing feedback and enhancing satisfaction over time.
Clarify how processes interact, who is responsible for what and which controls are in place, reducing variability, errors and rework.
A mature QMS helps identify waste, duplication and bottlenecks, enabling better use of resources and more predictable performance.
ISO 9001 certification is often a prerequisite in tenders and supplier qualification processes, especially for international customers and regulated markets.
ISO 9001 requires organizations to evaluate risks and opportunities that may affect the QMS, promoting more informed and proactive decision-making.
Internal audits, indicators and management reviews build a culture where results are measured, discussed and used to drive sustained improvement.
ISO 9001 is applicable to organizations of any size and sector. CERTIFICATO IWZ – FZCO provides certification within the sectors covered by its EIAC accreditation.
Our auditors focus on how your quality management system operates in practice, not only on documented procedures.
The ISO 9001 certification process follows a clear and structured sequence of steps, consistent with international accreditation rules.
You share key data about your organization, sites, activities and existing certifications. We prepare a formal ISO 9001 proposal, defining audit duration, audit team competence and the overall certification program.
Once the proposal is accepted, we schedule the audits and conduct Stage 1 to review your readiness, documented information and the defined ISO 9001 certification scope.
The Stage 2 audit focuses on how the quality management system is applied in practice at the relevant sites, evaluating processes, records and implementation.
Audit findings, including any nonconformities, are presented and documented. You implement and provide evidence of corrective actions within agreed timelines.
An independent decision-maker reviews the audit report and supporting evidence and decides whether to grant or maintain ISO 9001 certification for the defined scope.
Periodic surveillance audits and a renewal audit at the end of the certification cycle verify ongoing conformity and continual improvement of your quality management system.
The granting or maintenance of ISO 9001 certification is not automatic and is always subject to the successful outcome of audits and full compliance with our certification rules and applicable accreditation requirements.
We combine accreditation, technical competence and a respectful but rigorous audit approach focused on the real value of your quality management system.
We operate as an EIAC-accredited management system certification body (CB-105) for ISO 9001 within our granted scopes, providing internationally recognized certificates.
We do not provide management system consultancy for the systems we certify. Our impartiality policy and governance structure are designed to prevent and manage conflicts of interest.
Auditors are assigned according to the technical competence required for your sector and the applicable accreditation scope, ensuring relevant, credible ISO 9001 assessments.
ISO 9001 certificates are typically issued for a three-year cycle, subject to successful surveillance audits and a renewal audit at the end of the cycle, in accordance with our rules and accreditation requirements.
Using a consultant is not mandatory. Many organizations choose to develop their quality management system internally. As an independent certification body, we do not provide consultancy for systems we certify, in order to preserve impartiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
It is possible to define a scope that covers specific sites or activities, provided that the scope is clearly stated on the ISO 9001 certificate and is consistent with the standard and applicable accreditation rules.
Nonconformities are presented, documented and classified. You will be asked to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. These actions are reviewed before certification is granted or maintained, in line with our procedures and EIAC requirements.
Certified clients receive clear guidance on the correct use of our certification mark and references to EIAC accreditation. The use of marks and logos must always comply with our rules and the applicable accreditation requirements.
Whether you are implementing a new quality management system or consolidating an existing one, our team can support you with a clear, accredited ISO 9001 certification process tailored to your organization.
