Mission, vision & core values
Our mission is to provide reliable, transparent and technically robust certification services
that enhance the confidence of markets, regulators and end-users. We work to ensure that
every certificate we issue is supported by a rigorous assessment process, conducted by
competent, independent auditors and based on recognised international standards.
We envision a certification landscape where conformity assessment is not just a compliance
exercise, but a catalyst for sustainable value creation, innovation and responsible
governance. To this end, we promote a culture of professionalism, evidence-based decision
making and continuous improvement within both our clients’ organisations and our own.
- Independence: we operate free from conflicts of interest, ensuring impartial decisions.
- Competence: we invest in training, qualification and monitoring of our auditors and experts.
- Integrity: we adhere to strict ethical standards and transparent communication.
- Customer focus: we aim to add value without compromising on compliance or impartiality.
- International mindset: we align our processes with global best practices and accreditation rules.
Accreditation, governance & compliance
As an internationally oriented Certification Body, we structure our management system in line
with the applicable ISO and accreditation requirements. Our processes are designed to ensure
traceability, consistency and robust control of each stage of the certification cycle:
from application review and contract management to audit planning, reporting, decision-making
and surveillance.
Governance is supported by dedicated committees and functions with clearly defined roles and
responsibilities, including the oversight of impartiality, management of risks and opportunities,
handling of appeals and complaints, and continuous performance monitoring.
- Documented procedures aligned with international accreditation criteria.
- Independent certification decision-making separated from audit activities.
- Impartiality committee with representation of relevant stakeholder groups.
- Structured risk management and internal audit programmes.
- Regular management reviews and performance evaluations.

manage potential threats to impartiality, including financial, commercial or other pressures
that might influence audit outcomes or certification decisions. Our policies clearly prohibit
consulting activities that could compromise independence and we maintain transparent rules
regarding relationships with related bodies.
We encourage clients, auditors and stakeholders to report any concern related to impartiality
or ethical conduct. Complaints and appeals are handled through a structured process which
ensures confidentiality, traceability and objective review.
- Code of ethics applicable to all staff, auditors and external collaborators.
- Formal identification and mitigation of impartiality risks.
- Accessible mechanisms for complaints, appeals and feedback.
- Commitment to transparency towards clients and accreditation bodies.
