Complaints and redress
This page explains how to submit complaints or review requests related to the platform, payments, tests or certificates.
Complaint types
You may report technical issues, account data errors, payment difficulties, inability to access tests/certificates, disputes about results, content or validations.
Information to include
Include name, account email, course, attempt/certificate ID where available, date, screenshots, receipts and a clear description of the issue.
Review of certificates or results
Requests about result, validation or certificate are reviewed under internal procedures and may require documentary verification by the Faculty Committee or an authorized operator.
Payments
For payments handled by PayPal, Stripe or other providers, you may also need to start the provider’s procedure and keep transaction IDs and receipts.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission ODR platform has been discontinued since 20 July 2025. Users may refer to assistance/consumer redress channels available in their jurisdiction, where applicable.
