Training objectives
- Provide knowledge and skills to conduct conformity and evaluation audits of BCMS according to ISO 22301.
- Apply auditing guidelines of ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1.
The Auditor/Lead Auditor ISO 22301 (Business Continuity – BCMS) course prepares professionals to effectively conduct audits on Business Continuity Management Systems according to the ISO 22301 standard. Participants will gain specific skills to assess the compliance, effectiveness, and suitability of BCMS in various organizational contexts. The training covers auditing methodologies based on ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards, guiding through all audit phases from planning to final report. Practical case studies and validation questions address critical topics such as incident management, business impact analysis (BIA), risk assessment, and control of documented information. Upon completion, attendees will be capable of identifying nonconformities, suggesting improvements, and supporting organizations in enhancing operational resilience.
The pathway is designed for managers, executives, function owners, auditors and professionals. Lessons use validated minimum study time and a contextual tutor; assessments use server-side random selection of questions and answers, session-continuity controls, camera and local audio-activity monitoring during protected tests.
Traceability and reliability: integrity events are logged for authorized review; automated signals do not determine the result on their own.
