Learning Objectives

- Develop skills for risk prevention and management
- Promote safe and aware behaviors
The course "Workers Safety Training – Medium Risk" is designed to equip workers exposed to medium-level risks with the knowledge and skills needed to operate safely in compliance with current regulations. The 12-hour training is divided into 4 hours of general training and 8 hours of specific training, covering topics such as emergency management, identification and prevention of chemical, electrical, and physical risks, and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The training uses realistic practical cases from work environments like supermarkets, warehouses, industrial kitchens, and laboratories to ensure practical application of the knowledge gained. Participants will be able to recognize common hazards, adopt safe behaviors in various situations, and actively contribute to safer workplaces. The course requires passing a final assessment with at least 70% and mandates refresher training every five years to keep skills up to date.
The pathway is designed for managers, executives, function owners, auditors and professionals. Lessons use validated minimum study time and a contextual tutor; assessments use server-side random selection of questions and answers, session-continuity controls, camera and local audio-activity monitoring during protected tests.
Traceability and reliability: integrity events are logged for authorized review; automated signals do not determine the result on their own.
