The Auditor/Lead Auditor ISO 50001 (Energy Management System – EnMS) course is designed to train professionals in conducting audits according to the ISO 50001 standard on energy management systems. Participants will gain skills in identifying, evaluating, and verifying requirements related to energy efficiency within organizations. The course covers auditing methodologies compliant with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards, incorporating practical cases and simulations of real situations, such as managing energy performance indicators (EnPIs) and assessing energy impacts in design and operations. The goal is to prepare auditors capable of planning, executing, and reporting effective audits to ensure continuous improvement in energy management. The course duration is one hour, with a final assessment to certify acquired skills. It is aimed at professionals working or intending to work in energy management, providing operational tools for energy control, regulations, and sustainability.
The pathway is designed for managers, executives, function owners, auditors and professionals. Lessons use validated minimum study time and a contextual tutor; assessments use server-side random selection of questions and answers, session-continuity controls, camera and local audio-activity monitoring during protected tests.
